*****ulant debit order

I received an SMS from this company that reads as follows: "Your Usizo247 R115 debit will run on 31 Aug 2018 sold by key direct ********** 235 ref KEYDIRECT**********. Respond to SMS for Help" I tried contacting this company as I have never given them permission to debit money from my account nor do i know who they are. is there some sort of ombudsman where we can report these companies that **********ly obtain our banking details and without permission debit money from our accounts?
