*****, unauthorized debit order

These people sent an sms that R115 will be debited from my account on the 29 March 2018, I called them ( ********** ) on the 28th and confirmed that I did not join or give authorisation to them to debit my account, I asked where the hell they got my details they couldn't even give me an answer. I spoke with Bongekile who promised to call me back, but she never did, then I called again and spoke with Nomfundo who promised me that my name will be removed from their data base and my account wont be debited, which was a lie because on the 1st of April an amount of R115 Ref: Keydirect was debited from my account. Please note that the money on my account its not for you Keydirect, its for my kids and I do not want anything that you are offering so please, remove me and stop taking my kids money.
