Yesterday I received this sms:

Your Usizo247 R115 debit will run on 31 Jan 2018 sold by Key Direct ********** 254 ref KEYDIRECT Respond to SMS for help

I then called the call centre to ask them what company this is and where they got my details from - the lady by the name of Minenhle told me they got my details from financial database. I asked her who gave them an authorization to even create a contract without my knowledge and consent, she said no one, they just did.

She then apologized and promised to cancel it.

This company is running this kind of a business, should i have not called her, I would have paid them for something i dont even know.
