Poor workmanship. Lack of service

My car keys was remade and replaced by Key Boutique. The workmanship is extremely poor - the lock of the car is now falling apart!

David from Key Boutique promised to sort it out, it is now more than a month later, and he has not even bothered to come back to me.

Further, it seems that the branch in Johannesburg is not even registered with LASA, as required by law!
