Terrible Customer Service at Spur Missouri Key West Mall

On the 12th December 2020 at 15:00 I went to Spur Missouri at Key West Mall for a meal. I found out that they where busy and full at that time. I spoke to a gentleman who is a manager who then told me to come back in 10-15 minutes as there might be some table available. I then went back at 15:50 with hopes that I might get a table however when I went back the very same manager attended to me. I asked for a table because initially I wanted the smoking section but opted to any vacant table. I explained to him that he specifically told me to come back after 15 minutes. He then turns around and tells me I didn't provide him with my contact details so he could have called me. He never asked for my details from the onset to contact me once there was a table available. I find this type of service disappointing as he was starting to give me attitude when he was the one who didn't follow protocol. Yes it was a family day for most people and I feel because I was alone my business was never good enough for the store. I urge you to be please teach your staff on good customer service.
