Keywest Mall KRUGERSDORP UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Today I was at keywest mall , where I was in the mens toilet and they allowed woman to enter the mens toilets.( Due to the lady's toilets being under construction. )But instead of redirecting them to one of the other three ladies toilets the staff stands by and watches how the lady's enter the mens toilet ,While using the urin bowl a lady walks in on me...That is invasion of my privacy! And it is not right , and very unprofessional , I am really shocked and super embarrassing and NOT supposed to happen . This is not appropriate and I won't be leaving it there!!
