If you decide to sell your house, please dont get Keywest Estates to assist you. Reason being is their feedback to their clients is poor. The communication between the parties is very very poor, in a sense that I have to use my own transport to accomodate the agent Marie Henning that is responsible of selling my property. I have to beg for information from the attorneys to hear what is going on. I also have to phone the agent even if she is rude, and has no telephone eticket. Since the signing of the Offer to Purchase, she never communicated via email, sms or a simple telephone call. i had to drive to their offices to give her the OTP. About 2 weeks ago, I phoned the attorneys to get feedback on where everything stands, and she informed me that the new owners wanted to move in before registration, this was 5 days before. We had to move at night since we are working. I had to use my cellphone to phone the attorneys on numerous occations. This is the first house I am selling and I wasnt aware of the different procedures. We are paying them a huge amount of money for doing nothing. But I will never make the mistake and use them again.
