No Respect....for the consumer protection act

My car went to these guys MONTHS ago, under the promise that they had done this exact job on another car just like mine a few weeks prior, after months of requesting quotes, and lots of looooong stories, my car is still broken and they refuse to release car without payment of 12000 rand (to date no quote was ever received or approved ), yet they still cant tell me whats wrong with the car. They have also cosmetically damaged my car on purpose to do a job they never had permission to do... and now have taken my car to his private residence!!! BE VERY CAREFUL OF THESE GUYS..... INSIST ON A QUOTE....
