Where is the Service Director?!

<p>I sent an email to Mike Bruns**** last Monday about my complaint & to date he has still not rep**** or even acknowledged my email. I sent the same email to the Service Manager Ricky Behari & he too is ignoring me. I think their customer service is PATHETIC to say the very least. And whilst I'm trying to sort this problem out, I have been without transport for over a week now. THIS IS NOT ON!!!</p>
