Vehicle not serviced at Key Pinetown

Please be extremely cautious when taking in your vehicle for a service at this dealership. My Bakkie was taken in for its 45 000km service but after picking the vehicle felt it hadn't been serviced. After having it checked by a qualified approved mechanic it was confirmed no oil and filters were changed. I had communicated to the GM up to Isuzu South Africa. The dealer does not care about after sales service nor any complaints. After two years of waiting for a response I get a brief email stating that there is no proof my claims are valid and subsequently does not warrant a service plan extension as I requested. Unfortunately the dealership is cunning and performs ************ activities. Given the size of the organization it is clear they are not willing to accept and rectify any mistakes nor are they interested in taking corrective actiions against the appalling service. My opinion of this dealership is they are all a bunch of ****** and ***** who are not man enough to face customers. Please do yourself a favor and DON'T ever take your vehicle to Key Pinetown for a service. You will thank me and yourself in the end for being saved from grief.
