Key Delta Pinetown Parts worst customer experienced

Worst ever customer experienced. Be carefull when purching parts from here. I purchase an item and after paying, I noticed they gave me the wrong item. They couldn't supply me with the corrected item due to no stock available and wasn't willing to credit my credit card for their mistake. I instead was given a cheque after more than 90 minutes which is very inconvenienced. Dealing with their financial director left me with an even more bad customer experienced. I want be buying any items from their parts department anytime soon. Also shocking how their management had don't care attitude.
