Disgusting service and lack of compassion

Opel Pinetown is a bunch of losers, I regret ever servicing my car with them. Their staff is careless and their service director is even worse. I regret even buying this car from them. They sold me a defective car and now are playing hide and seek with us while we are car less. For a full week now we are unable to do anything and worse we are unable to go to work, or are we supposed to risk covid and get in a taxi? Good luck to anyone even thinking about buying a car from them, I can safely tell you, once you sign and buy it is downhill from there.
