WORST MEDICAL AID IN THE HISTORY OF MEDICAL AIDS
Keyhealth, you have actually lost your marbles. Not only last month did you decide a new policy that you will only cover anti depressant meds every three months, but today I find out that you will only cover 28 pills of my hormone replacement, and not 30. I have never in my life experienced such ****** as yourselves!!! Even the pharmacist said she has never heard of this and has only heard of complaints about Keyhealth!!
These are two vital medications for myself, I pay my premiums every month, but you won't even cover what I am paying you for!!!
Thank goodness I am leaving you at the end of the month!!!
Also, I wrote a previous post on Hellopeter, which you responded to say you would deal with, and you did not. How am I even surprised?!?!
