Worst medical aid ever

Unfortunately I had to give a star to start review otherwise I would have gave none stars! Worst medical aid ever! How I wish I read this reviews before I joined them.

My son was hospitalized with an EMERGENCY. They just refuse to pay the hospital and doctors bills. Secondly my husband was admitted also with an emergency surgery,guess what they also rejected that and does not want to pay Any bills! If it was a chronic condition that I never mentioned to them or so I can understand but an emergency??? And we answered all the questions truthful on the application. Hard lesson that we had to learn!

Lastly what about all these complaints on hello peter about Key Health medical aid, all of us cannot be wrong? Somebody need to stop this please!
