Worst medical aid
Worst medical aid. Since the moment I found out I'm pregnant I've had continuous problems. There's no information available, the amount of co payments is just ridiculous. Wish I knew all this so I could have changed my medical before falling pregnant. So stressful

13 Oct 2021, 16:04Some of my issues were dealt with however in the months after there were new issues or mistakes were made again. As far as I can see the only nice thing about this medical aid is the hospitals. I find it ridiculous how there aren't enough network doctors. The benefits given compared to the amount of money paid on a monthly basis is sad. I had an emergency c section @ a network hospital but non of the doctors were networked to keyhealth. Blood tests weren't covered, so now I'm sitting with co payments of thousands of rand.
