Wont give autorization

Worst ever. I changed for discovery to key health. My biggest mistake. We have beenbwith key health for sewen months now. First time we need autorization as mybwife needs tonget a scan now they arrvtrying not to pay. Every excuse in the book. We havent bwen with them for more than a year . then we havent disclosed my wife broke het arm 3 years back only to find out I did. Then they sent it to theire underwriters to look for loop holes.
