I’m shopping around for a medical aid for both my parents, the horror stories I’m reading about from your clientele are terrifying. A definite NO from me

Whilst we do understand the feelings of member’s when their expectations cannot be met, the Scheme has to remain consistent and fair and treat all our members strictly according to the Rules of the Scheme Legislation prohibits granting additional or heightened benefits to a select group of members and maintains that all members should receive benefits in accordance with the benefit option on which they are registered.
