What a joke

This is the 2 nd time i have to complain after they told me about the non-discloser i had to get all documents and Dr to sign and stamp there from. This i have done on Friday only for them now to tell me is still decline and the Dr need to email them the forms direct not sure why as i was there at the dr office to fill it in and send it to them asap. They are looking for every excuse. I pay R 5400 pm for this medical aid and they cover nothing not even when i go to ER i am covered. But funny part i told them i have diabetic and hypertension and the sales lady Sanna told me there is no waiting period i am sitting with high blood pressure with is 200/100 and i need to go to government for help as i pay R 5400 for nothing no service at all. They quick to take your money but you get nothing in return at all.
