Useless - I want my refund today!!

Incorrect amount was deducted for February 2025. phoned and refund was logged by the agent Karabo , was advised it would take 5-7 business days - Phoned today Ben advised that the refund was never done and the Finance department only had a run on 23 Feb. You are very quick to suspend your services when there was a short payment, however, I need to beg for a refund of my money that was deducted due to your incompetence.
