Useless call centre at Opticlear

Call centre agent Jessica was totally unhelpful. Motivation sent in for a patient 2 weeks ago to the correct e-mail address. They claim to not have received it. I have had numerous problems before with Opticlear who is the administrator. The supervisor is never available to take calls, never returns call either and there is no alternate email address available , nor is there anyboby else available to speak to.
