UNRESPONSIVE

<p>We app**** for medical aid on the 31st of January and was told if we didn't send our information and ID's on that day we are not going to be covered for February. So we send the ID's etc in but no response! Called today and sent emails (1st Feb) holding on for several minutes with no one responding of picking up! SO we don't even know if we are covered or not!?! If the service is so useless BEFORE I can only imagine the problems you're going to pick up during! SO NO THANK YOU!! </p>
