Unfair practice by Maredi on behalf of keyhealth
Last year around October a certain Mr. Maredi from keyhealth visited our offices, I filled in a form changing from LA health(best medical aid ever) to Key health, reason being LA health couldn't cover my adult son and Maredi promised that my son will be covered with keyhealth.
Fast forward January I received a letter from LA health confirming my cancelation. I then gave keyhealth a call, they told me I'm not their member, however my HR confirmed that they have paid keyhealth.
I then wrote a complained, Mr Nayagar n Mr Mamabolo helped me a lot and thanks for their help.
My challenge is that I'm now sitting without my chronic medication, when I asked the pharmacy to charge it against my day to day the medical aid refused to pay.
Should anything happen to me Maredi must take full responsibility.
Yesterday I went to the police to register a case a ***** against Maredi since I have discovered that he might have committed fraught. The police adviced me to request the documents which Maredi has used to apply for my membership.
I wrote n email to keyhealth however they are gaslighting me.
What must I do, I'm sitting without my chronic medication for the second month.

Guys if you are thinking of joining key health run away.
After my complaint, I was invited to their offices, offered coffee n I rejected, I was promised lies, I was told the doctor will be paid, after the meeting I recieved a screenshot stating that I used a wrong doctor.
Why didn't they tell me while I was in their offices, how do I know the difference between the doctors while the person who recruited me only ****, I have been struggling with the medical aid since January.
Maredi was the reason I visited a mi psychologist , this was my first time visiting such a doctor since I was born.
I have lost weight because of Maredi cause it took me 2 months to access my chronic medication.
Im now scared that should anything happen to me and end up in a hospital the useless medical aid won't pay, I will be told that I used a wrong doctor😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.

Every time I complain, the so-called manager of the brokers will call me and lie to me, then ask me to come and say that I'm happy with Key Health. I have never done that because I realized that he always lies to me.
As I'm typing, I have just realized that he doesn't respond to my messages anymore, whereas he is the one who promised me that I must send a message if I'm not happy.
He is now blue ticking me, making me look like a stupid, I have been asking them to cancel the useless medical aid from their side they never responded.
I feel cheated, the fact that I must always pay extra when I visit a doctor and collect medication makes things worse.
I regret the day that I joined this useless medical aid, though I wasn't forced, I was actually **** to by Maredi. He said keyhealth is better than LA health only to realise that I was being sent to the lions den. Now his manager is as much as a **** as him.
This people are dangerous, they never care about our health but the money they are making by lying.
The most useless medical aid in South Africa is KeyHealth.
