Unexpected excellent service

After many years we realised that the tax submissions for my Mother-in-Law were not done since the passing of my Late Father-in-Law. I requested tax certificates for the tax period since 2013. These were e-mailed within hours. What an unexpected pleasant experience of service commitment. I am proud to have been honoured to be on the receiving end of such excellent service.
