Unavailability of Keyhealth call centre
In their wisdom keyhealth, who have been very supportive during my cancer journey, have decided to not approve the treatment that is keeping the cancer at bay. 32 phone calls and 3 unanswered requests for callback later I still have no idea why they've made this decision. It's my health at risk and I can't get any answers.
