The worst Medical Aid Ever!!!!!!

On Thursday 7 September 2017 while getting ready for work I had a heart attack. The ambulance came out and asked me if they need to take me to hospital. With my last experience I had with Keyhealth I said no as they only pay half of accounts and not the full amount as they promise. We are on the Equalibrium Plan and payinf R2993 per month dor useless service. When I ask them for statements eventually after 3 week I get a statement in Excel format. I went to my GP on Thursday she did an EKG and said no she is referring me to a Cardiologist. Never did I have any heart problems or conditions I am a healthy 39 year old male. The cardiologist did test and I was immediately admitted to high care. Keyhealth Medical Aid refuses to give any autherisation numbers for the cardiologist, Unitas Hospital or any tests. They say if I went to hospital in the ambulance they would have covered everything but now I had to sign a debt form for Unitas hospital saying that if the medical aid does not pay my high care hospital account I need to pay R50 000.00. Now they gave us a list of all the doctors (even a phycologist that I saw twice) to wtite letters to them telling them I never had a heart condition. I had 2 operations in my entire life the first one was my appendic in 1995 and the second one was a sinus operation in 1996. I was in hospital for 5 days in April this year for an ulser where they decided only to pay half of the doctors accounts even though they say that you are 100% covered for in hospital. Medication is 100% covered in hospital yet my statement show that medication was claimed off my savings. When I asked them about it on email I was told they don't have time to sit and search for who signed the slip. I want to know thanks to Keyhealth I was send home with severe chest pains had to sign a debt letter from Unitas to pay them R50000.00 as they dirst want letters from all the doctors Ive seen in my life (2 already passed away) to say I never had any heart problems. Why do Keyhealth say they cover everything but are useless when you need them? I want an apology letter to Unitas and my cardiologist and to myself as I have been discharged with a heart monitor because Keyhealth refuses to give a authorisation number. I think it is time to go to the press. What the hell does a psycoligist know if you have a heart codition. I have never had such bad experience, yet it is the 1st debit order to go off every month. Keyhealth you are really the worst medical aid ever!!!!
