Terrible service at key health medical aid.

Absolutely terrible. I am supposed to go into hospital on November the 2nd for a hysterectamy. Not because I feel like it but because I have to. The call center can never give an answer. After 3 weeks if waiting and alot of mailes up and down, I eventually get the number for the non disclosure department. Apparently there is only one person in the entire department that is busy with Pre approvals. Today I eventually speak to Ronel. Only to be told that the Pre approval is rejected. When I asked why I was told by her that that it was due to me nit disclosing that I had a previous problem. This is a completely seperate issue. When I tols her that the two incidents were completely different i was told "well we putting you on a 12 month waiting period and not cancelling your membership. the rejectiin and all docters letters will be mailed to me". Firstly I am disgusted that this Ronel wouls not even consider reviewing rhe application and treats me as though I am part of a time share. I will never ever recommemsing key health. Worst service, worste assistance and to top it all, I am still waiting for the email.
