Stay clear
Worst medical aid, stay clear. I was admitted into hospital from ER left for 2 days in hospital, couldn't get any treatment as waiting for approval. Only to find they don't cover back and upper leg problems. Apparently pain so intense and painful doesn't justify getting treated in hospital. Do your self a favor and stay away, I would actually like to k ow what will they cover, and also they made us wait 2 days in hospital before they declined. They don't answer, their network is most of the time overloaded and then when you get to talk to someone, they never return calls.
