Stay away from keyhealth medical aid,beware!

We just started as t keyhealth in January 2025,we gave just been informed that our medical plan are deplited,no more credit or funds available ,this is a R13000 pm medical aid we were at the Drs 8 times.this is really pathetic,even with the pre aproved hospital visit and admission,it was not paid for ,we got authorisation codes but still was not paid,theres a lot of issues ,its like they just started to create this mefical aid.
