Rude Customer Care Consultancy

I called Key Health today on ***, confirming optical benefits. I spoke to a lady called Ntabiseng (she refused to give me her surname) i have the call reference number though. Ref : NTH 1085..

The lady is very rude and very impatient over the phone and her voice is condescending. She needs to learn to speak well with customers, i mean we don’t owe her anything. How is she working with people with that attitude?

She has a bad attitude please deal with it, take her to attitude training or whatever that is available.

I’m really not impressed.
