Refusal of health care orthorisation

In monday i Hermann Heinrich Friedrich Calvert deoendant code 01 went to Eugene marais hospital,at 11:39 was booked in at reception for intense leg pain,i was previously at my GP Dr Douw de Jong from medicross pretoria west.i was not referred,i had excruciating pain waited untill after16:00 when i was seen by a doctor,in a office room ,due to all rooms was full,i was told it's from my back,u was send to wait another hour before i was seen properly,by another fisision,i had been given a drip and was told im going to be admitted,the hospital said that they are going to admit me ,but could not fet authorisation due to its after 16:00 and the keyhealth is not abswering phonecalls at all after 16:00,how de hel ?uf i get in an accedent at night or day cant go to any hospital due to i have to phone and get othorisation during business hours,before ican get any treatment,why did keyhealth not Inform us about this,if this is the case ,i must plan im going to get sick and do a request to see a dr or wait a few days before going to emergency care,this is so not fair ,we are paying so much and we are no assisted,ok so my case manager came to tell me ,that this procedure us excluded from Key health,all references,evidence necessary documents was sent through from Eugene marais hospital,to hosmed,my wife also sended xrays etc,now im sitting outside the hospital,due to i was informed that keyhealth us refusing to authorise my admittance on Monday the 2 nd of June 2025 untill today the 4 th of june 2025,this is unacceptable,im stuck with this huge bill ,its so embarrassing being told you're medical aid refuses to othorise or pay for my treatment.and has to leave the hospital.
