Really annoyed

I regret having to join this medical aid scheme. I honestly feel like I've wasted my money and time with them. My benefits have been suspended even though I paid them, they cant communicate with their clients properly and explain things to us. Today they deducted their monthly premium as per usual,but my medical aid still remains suspended. How come!!???? I am really disappointed and annoyed with key health
