Poor Service from Keyhealth

This is absolutely one of the worst medical schemes in the country!! The service we receive as a surgical practice is horrific. The call center staff are rude, dismissive and generally refuse to let you speak to team leaders (they are apparently always in meetings). They refuse to disclose prosthesis limits (financial information!!) to patients or service providers. What does that say about a financial services institution? Once procedures are approved, the authorisation gets retracted after the procedure, with the only reasoning being that the "Discipline Denied on Authorization" or "Limit exceeded no benefits" Then you have to call the scheme to find out why, only to be told we will get back to you. Such an expensive scheme to deliver such poor service certainly speaks volumes about the company in general.
