Poor service

I am a member for 30 years plus and 2026 has been the worst ever. I never gad these problems before. Procedures paid by them last year is now refused. In hospital costs are also a problem. Sorry *** your service is poor. Thinking of leaving seriously. How can you be in hospital sick and is required to obtain pre approval for tests. How must you know what the specialist is going to do. But they advertise that hospital cover all included. Seems that our money is disappearing somewhere in a very deep hole
