Phenomenal service, Liezel!!

I would just like to acknowledge Liezel Welthagen. I was on the verge of membership termination, brought on by a challenging few months. I owed a substantial amount of money, which I was hoping to pay off while retaining my membership. Because an immediate payment was required that I couldn't afford, I suggested waiting for termination to start before searching for a different membership elsewhere. Liezel asked for the termination to be backdated, thus erasing the owed amount, and will be calling me at 1 pm to get me on a new membership, still with Keyhealth. I cannot experience my gratitude for the empathy that Liezel expressed in retaining me as a client. I will forever be indebted to her. Liezel, life is difficult for so many people and I just wanted to thank you for being kind and understanding. We always underestimate what small gestures of kindness could mean to the next person.
