NOT-SO-SMART BABY PROGRAMME
What a useless medical aid, there is no one to assist at the smart baby programme, it should be called not-so-smart-baby programme.
I've been sent from pillar to post trying to understand my benefits what a nightmare, they don't have a direct line and they send call back requests, but no one ever calls you back. I really regret joining this medical aid and because I am pregnant I can't leave.
I am definitely leaving this medical aid as soon as I can!!!!
