no health = keyhealth

After numerous fights with regards to keyhealth not willing to make any contributions towards a medical bill I am planning to change to a different medical aid scheme. The reasons you provided for not contributing is the fact that I only joined keyhealth at the beginning of the month while in the contract it stipulates no waiting period except for certain treatments. It was also an emergency so pre-approval was not an option. This is even after you informed me over the phone that contributions will be made. (Check your recordings to verify this). In my tax certificate you also indicate the amount not paid by keyhealth is R1358.90 (obviously a blatant lie). So far I've paid R2176.50, R806.70 and R692.08 not including the R5140.44 I still have to pay which is something I'll bring to SARS attention. What is the purpose of having medical aid if they are not willing to aid during an emergency?
