<p>I have only been with Key Health Medical for 3 months and never have I ever had such a bad experience with a medial aid like I do with them.</p> <p>I am currently 17 weeks pregnant (3rd child) set of twins with my first pregnancy and was not on medical aid at the time.</p> <p>Thinking this time round this pregnancy would really be a breeze, but being on Key Health Medical I highly doubt it.</p> <p>I have sent in Claims for reinburstments, not recieving any responses not even a thank you we will get back to you, jac**** I have now discovered for the second time round with them, I have to pay for my vitamins at a chemist, thus being on the Maternity Benifit as well with Key Health.... Really....</p> <p>Phone them, log a call regarding my issues, promises made to be sorted, a week goes by and still nothing, thus sending the same e-mail everyyyyyy single day, expecting some kind of response.... How is the rest of my prenancy experience going to be with Key Health..</p> <p>Where to from here.... :-( (Carte Blanche)</p>
