Keyhealth... They know better than the doctor!!!!!

Looking at your reviews I almost don't need to write anything!!! You used to be one of the best medical aids ... and now... you SUCK!!! You expect my child of 11 that is traumatized after going through a battle with leukemia to now not to be operated on in a day clinic or a hospital but to be injected and remove what is necessary in the doctors consultation rooms!!! Do you not have any empathy or sympathy or humility... she prefers now to walk with the pain everyday!!! Who the F.... are you to decide what is best for her??????? I will be spreading the word far and wide on how absolutely s... you are!
