Keyhealth Tax Certificate Error

Worst service from KeyHealth ever. My parents have been trying to resolve their medical aid certificate for tax purposes for 3 years now every year its the same problem. Charging over R200k for a operation that started when he set his foot in the hospital till he left how that is even posible i dont know. They had to wait a year to submit for tax issue wss resolved from 2017 only to find out the tax certificate is incorrect again this year saying the op took place 01.01.2020 that cost R200k

Since last week they have tried to resolve this have been told that someone will call back which never happens. How difficult can it be to correct a tax certificate with the correct details and deliver a pomot professional service.

Cut off for tax submissions is 22 October. HOW WILL THIS BE RESOLVED BEFORE THEN??? WHY MUST WE WAIT ANOTHER YEAR JUST BECAUSE KEYHEALTH CAN'T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY! But they dont make mistskes when taking your money every month!
