Keyhealth not the key to your health

Received the worst service from them. One person even stated that I can take my business elsewhere.

Getting charged extra per month due to me not having a medical aid, but a medical cover that only paid day to day, dentist and optometrist. Why charge this if I had cover?

Not even tried to make a plan to request management to cancel this amount.
