Keyhealth not paying out claim

<p>I was in hospital December due to an emergency. Keyhealth assured me that payments have been made towards the bill, but then keyhealth suddenly changed their minds by saying that because I’ve only been a member from the beginning of the month they will not be paying. It was an emergency and as I understand from the documentation there is no waiting period for an emergency, except for heart related issues (which was not the case).</p> <p> Can you clarify exactly what the reason is for not paying out the claim?</p>
