The worst Medical Aid EVER!!!!! I joined them in April 2022 I received a savings amount for the remainder of the year, after the kiddies went to the doctor a couple of times we were told that our savings are depleted for the year!!! 4 people receiving R2688 for 7 months children aged 1 and 3 at that time, we were stuck now with paying doctors visits of R450 - R500 per appointment. I cancelled as it was clearly not better than what we had. We cancelled and in October 2022 it was our last payment. We were happy to be with their competitors again as at least we were able to go to a Doctor again without paying anything. Well July 2023 KeyHealth ******S are back in our lives by saying we owe them money!!!!!!!!! R384 x 2 for November and December 2022 the two months that we were not covered they run the debit orders!? So I payed them just wanted to warn others that this medical ******s received a total of R38 668.00 in Total we received the value of R2688 and are left speechless with te poor service and daylight *******!!!!
