Keyhealth Medical Aid extremely poor service.
Keyhealth Medical Aid used to be a very good medical aid. It is so disappointing being a member. I have been a member for over 30 years and have never been so disappointed in the service. They do not take accountability for their mistakes. Just throws policy jargon in front of your face, which is now resulting in me having to settle a claim. They are not accepting their mistake.
