Keyhealth medical aid- A ****

KEYHEALTH is now looking for my babies medical history from birth, first they werent paying because the account was suspended, which i recieved manual banking details via text and the account was unsuspended, Now they want reports from from the birth hospital and they are not telling me why this information is needed. then they canceled the claim becasue they dont want images of a report but the actual report, the image is readable and easy to view, THen i get the below too , DOES ANYONE THINK ITS MAYBE TIME FOR ME TO CONSULT MY LAWYER BECAUSE THIS HAS GOTTEN OUT OF HAND NOW, ITS CLEAR THEY NOT GOING TO HONOUR THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN AND NOT GOING TO PAY Life FLORA HOSPITAL ? Who was his treating doctor’s when he was born and treated in the NICU.Please provide the Names, practice numbers and contact details will be required. 5. Please supply a formal and detailed injury report signed by yourself regarding Lucca Kyster's fall. 6. Kindly submit a claims history report from your previous Medical Aid and /or Medical insurance company for the last year of membership with them for the main member and all dependants. If you were on the Medical aid or Medical insurance company for less than a year, kindly submit the claims history report for the period of membership.
