KEYHEALTH MEDICAL AID

This will be my second review in about 5 months about this medical aid. I have been through the non-disclosure process which means the medical aid did not believe me about my medical aid history and the medical aid chose about 10 doctors to write reports about my history, in order to confirm that I am not lying to then about my past. Which in the end I qualified. Now yet again on 05.05.2021, I had to be urgently be admitted to Jacaranda Hospital and yet again there was an issue with the admission which they denied as they did not believe me and required more information, after I sat at the hospital for about 3 hours because the lady who was originally helping the staff at the hospital went on lunch for an hour - she finally phoned back explaining that the non-disclosure department is requiring more information and then when I finally sent through the information requested they took so long, I followed up... I was informed that my case was on hold as everyone went home at 16:00. I explained to everyone (I will not include the names) that this is an urgent matter and it went on deaf ears and it was as no one actually cared. I understand this is a procedure but why do I have to go through this procedure every time. Unfortunately this is not my fault that I was recently diagnose with an Auto Immune disease and suffer from pain every day for about 6 months and lost part of my vision which I will never recover. This is really unacceptable and a poor experience I have dealt with any medical aid.
