KEYHEALTH IS WORST MEDICAL AID I'VE EVER BEEN ON

I was recently admitted for heart attack, angiogram and arterial stents. Keyhealth Equilibrium declined all claims, despite that I used a listed approved hospital. The fact that they don't have a listed cardiologist approved for entire Eastern Cape is apparently my problem because they are to cheap to get any decent cardiologist to agree to their rates. Please I urge everyone currently on Keyhealth to review your medical aid. You are going to end up with thousands of rands of medical bills because they simply decline claims irrespective of circumstances or if it is considered emergency life saving interventions that should be covered through using technicalities such as no cardiologist listed. Should a GP an approved list have performed life saving heart surgery in order for them to pay?? They simply have no empathy for their paying customers when we are in a medical emergency.
