KEYHEALTH DESPICABLE DISGRACE UNPAID PMB ACCOUNTS

WORST MEDICAL MAFIA EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE . KEYHEALTH DESERVES NEGATIVE/ZERO STARS. They don’t care about the member . You can never speak to the case managers ! Leave a message as they always have high call volumes and no one calls you back for months on end . Many emails sent they send you in circles repeatedly. They ask for blood results , gscope cscope pictures , pathology results, letter of motivation why this was done in hospital but NO ONE WITH ANY INSIGHT BOTHERS TO READ ANYTHING!!! These are admin people making clinical decisions!!! I am a medical doctor advocating for the patient. KeyHealth forces the elderly 77 year old cardiac, multiple chronic diseases, previous stroke , previous heart attacks , cardiac stents member to use a DSP hospital. When there is ZERO DSP Gastroenterologist in that DSP hospital, they expect the member to foot the bill. Show me the DSP doctor in this Sunninghill hospital that was going to do the procedure and remove these polyps as an in patient . This was an in patient procedure for gastroscope and colonscopy for low Haemoglobin yet there are a million of back and forth issues AND UNPAID ACCOUNTS STILL SINCE MAY !!! I am not a clown to send each thing that is asked for REPEATEDLY & no one cares to look at this SPECIFIC CASE ! It’s a PMB , pay it in full or I will take this to the CMS !!!
