KeyHealth / DENIS

Your affiliation with DENIS is making me regret joining KeyHealth. They are rude and do not pay claims. They advise a claim will be paid with a date as to when but then just say sorry no it’s still waiting to get paid. No one gets back to you and they put the phone down when they feel like it so one has to keep phoning. I know it is not KeyHealth but I pay my membership to KeyHealth so it is your responsibility as well
