KeyHealth application and communication.
I have app**** for medical aid on the 22nd of December. I have completed all documentation and I still get the same email every time I contact the scheme. I had one phone call with not further response. I get no feedback regarding the submitted documentation. I am still waiting for someone to contact me and explain what is till outstanding. I am really horrified at the service I am getting.
