I asked myself the question are they a medical aid scheme or ****, cause we pay ever month but to get the service from keyhealth is disgusting, unprofessional, you will have an injury and you go to hospital or a specialist you will be declined till they get reports , then when they get the reports they will ask you to write a report even if you injured or a dying may I say , after the get all info the will say they reviewing the case , but remember while they review YOU STILL DONT GET ANY HELP FROM ANY SPECIALIST OR ANY THING UNTIL KEYHEALTH GIVES APROVAL, I know cause I'm experiencing and going through it at the moment, the you will contact them again then they say they still awaiting for the documents, BUT SEEMS AS THEY FORGET THEY SENT AND EMAIL THE WEEK BEFORE STATING THEY HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS AND WILL AUTHORISATION TO GET A SCAN AND GET HELP THAT NEEDED, 4 weeks later in still sitting at home with shattered bones in hand , does key health medical aid scheme bother about their clients or only bother about selling them the scheme and collect money
